Once again, she felt tired, of the world. As she unlocked the door, her eyes brimmed with tears. She got inside hastily, took out remote from her bag and pressed ‘ON’. Her virtual friend started conversing. Her voice was so full of his accent that she felt like knocking down the box. She ran her hand through hair and wailed. She’s missing him. Her missing part. All those blue screened distractions couldn’t take her off his memories. She went to the window and glared at the sky. Stars were twinkling like her eyes. She tried imagining his face but his words came to her mind first, ‘Till death do us part’.
